For individuals: a valid passport or Malaysian MyKad / driving licence (minimum 2 years held). For companies: SSM registration details for invoicing and a driver authorisation letter. International driving permits are accepted in accordance with Malaysian law.
Comprehensive insurance is included in all hire rates. Zero-excess cover is available as an optional upgrade. For VIP class bookings, full zero-excess insurance is included as standard.
Yes. We cover all of Peninsular Malaysia including Penang, Ipoh, Melaka and Johor Bahru. Cross-border trips to Singapore are available on request — please notify your account manager in advance so we can arrange the appropriate documentation and vehicle clearance.
We issue a single monthly SST-compliant invoice covering all journeys with full itemised detail and a completion report. Payment by bank transfer in MYR. New corporate clients benefit from a 30-day trial period with no upfront deposit upon signing a service agreement.
We recommend booking at least 24 hours ahead. Subject to vehicle availability, we accept same-day bookings with a minimum of 3 hours' notice. For KLIA pickups, please include your flight number — our driver monitors arrivals live and waits at no extra charge in case of delays.
